- Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product for up to 30 days from the date that you received the product. The product must be unused with no visible wear and tear. Contact us at Support@ModernVibes.net to know where to ship the product back to us! Don't worry, we'll handle the shipping costs and we'll refund you the full amount you paid once we receive the product!
If the product is defective or does not work properly, please let us know. To resolve the issue quickly, please email us at Support@ModernVibes.net. Include a photograph that shows the damaged area of the item. To help us, photograph the item on a flat surface with the tag and damaged area clearly displayed. We’ll send you a replacement as soon as we confirm that the product is damaged or does not work properly. You are not required to return the defective item. We will use this information to help you with your order and to eliminate errors in future.
